Carrie Fletcher is an experienced fundraising leader with a background in Event Management and more than a decade in the nonprofit sector. She was named an F&P 2022 Mover & Shaker and is a FIA Fellow.

Carrie began her career at Oxfam Australia, where she spent seven years managing community fundraising and major events, including the 100km Trailwalker. She later held senior roles at the National Breast Cancer Foundation and MS Society. Before joining Donor Republic in 2018, she had helped raise more than $27 million for the organisations she worked with.

Her pre-DR achievements include launching the inaugural Oxfam Trailwalker Perth event, raising $1.7 million; doubling income from the Melbourne International Comedy Gala in one year; returning the MS Gong Ride to a sell-out event after five years; and increasing fundraising revenue by 26 percent over two years.

Currently head of the digital team at Donor Republic, Carrie’s expertise spans digital strategy, data analysis, supporter journeys, event strategy, peer-to-peer and community fundraising, relationship fundraising and supporter care.
