Damien joined the Baker Institute in 2015 and has recently been working closely with the Direct Marketing team to build and optimise an integrated tech stack that connects CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, donation tools and analytics to drive fundraising performance. His work includes developing automated workflows, API integrations and data-driven campaigns that have improved donor conversion and retention rates.
