Kirsten understands the unique challenges facing small but fast-growing charities because she co-founded and ran one – Olivia’s Place, which supports families in need during pregnancy and early parenthood. Finishing as GM in 2021, Kirsten continued on the charity’s board and now volunteers for the organisation. 

In 2021, Kirsten joined Blaze Your Trail, a social enterprise that helps charities implement tech solutions whilst invest a portion of time and revenue into a Work Experience Program, helping jobseekers – especially migrant women and people returning to work – gain Salesforce experience. 

Kirsten was also a paramedic for 13 years.
