Nermeen is a passionate and experienced leader with over 18 years in fundraising and the not-for-profit sector. 

She is currently Executive Manager, Fundraising and Partnerships at Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney. In this role, she drives key initiatives that secure essential funding and build strong partnerships to support families of seriously ill children. 

Nermeen previously served as CEO of the Better Foundation, supporting Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals. She has also held the role of National Manager of Strategic Relationships at the Children's Medical Research Institute. Earlier on in her career, she has also worked as an Electorate and Media Officer in the Parliament of NSW. 

Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to leadership, advocacy, and impact in the not-for-profit and charity space. In her personal life, she is a loving mother of two young children and is known for her warmth and connection with people.
