Rob is a trusted advisor to nonprofit executives navigating complex digital and organisational change. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Rob brings a combination of strategic judgement, systems thinking, and delivery discipline. 


Across his career, Rob has founded, scaled and led technology businesses spanning digital services, SaaS product development and international operations, including the establishment and management of teams and customers in the US.  


Today, Rob works with nonprofit executives to move beyond fragmented projects toward integrated digital ecosystems – aligning CRM strategy, donor journeys, websites and data to improve engagement, retention and organisational confidence. 


Rob’s work has earned national recognition including BRW Fast 100, Deloitte Fast 50, and finalist honours for Entrepreneur of the Year and Young Australian of the Year.
